Whenever a perceived problem arises in your mind : The Solution
1. Stay present in your natural state, as the field of impersonal awareness.
2. Step aside and create some non-judgmental space (distance) from the perceived ‘problem’ in order to remain open-minded (having an objective standpoint).
3. Simply observe the noisy mental activities that are being played out (without any emotional reaction, judgment or personal bias). Diffuse your personal association to whatever you are perceiving as a ‘problem’. Stress is not an external force beyond your control, rather it is an internal response to a problem, threat or unmet need. It is a story you tell yourself about a particular person, event or circumstance that creates your emotional turbulence.
4. It is enough to become the silent, unmoved observer to your whole thinking process. Respond from the clear space of neutrality, this will allow you to have an observational approach while effortlessly tapping into the quantum field of pure potentiality.
5. Trust in the process and a creative solution will eventually emerge.
